Konstantin Kacev is born in Tashkent, former SSSR in 1967.
1983 his family moves in Skopje, Macedonia (former Yugoslavia). He finishes his secondary school for Applied Arts in 1986, and goes on to graduates at the Art Academy in Skopje in 1996. For a few years he works for Cultural Heritage Institute of R.Macedonia as an conservator of murals.
In 2004 he has a 2 months stay in Paris, where he works on his exhibition.
